With a refined and inspired cuisine, faithful to the gastronomic treasures of the region, the Bohrer restaurant offers its guests a high-flying gourmet experience in a chic and delicate setting. The menu is always adapted to the rhythm of the seasons, and is therefore regularly renewed, between culinary innovations and classic recipes.

Fine yet generous, bold yet traditional, the dishes at Restaurant Bohrer aim to surprise and seduce our guests' palates. With its 7 courses, the "Jour de fête au village" menu is specially designed to appreciate the expertise of the region's producers and the restaurant's team. With its trilogy of sea bream, farm-raised guinea fowl, truffle dessert and champagne sorbet, the menu takes on a festive air.

As for the wine, the menu is very attractive in terms of references and prices, and of course features local vintages.
